Nooristic

Terms of Use

Last updated 11 August 2026

These terms apply when you use nooristic.com and when you join our waitlist. By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Nooristic does not diagnose. Nothing on this website is medical advice. Nooristic provides developmental screening, educational information and help finding the right professional. It does not replace an evaluation by a qualified clinician. If you are worried about your child’s health or development, speak to a healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

1. What this website currently offers

At the moment this site provides information about Nooristic and lets you join a waitlist for early access. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, does not give you access to the Nooristic product, and does not guarantee that you will be offered access.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child you tell us about. This site is not intended for use by children.

3. Early access is offered at our discretion

We invite families in the order and at the pace that we can properly support. We may change what is included in early access, how long it lasts, and who is invited. We may also decline or withdraw access, and we may stop offering the waitlist entirely.

4. Information you give us

Please give us accurate information, and please do not submit medical records, diagnoses or other sensitive health information through the waitlist form. How we handle what you send is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not:

6. Our content

The Nooristic name, logo, written content, design and screening material on this site belong to Nooristic and are protected by intellectual property law. You may read and share the pages, but please do not copy, republish or adapt the content commercially without our written permission.

7. Statistics and third-party sources

Where we cite figures — for example from the CDC or the NIH — we attribute them to their source. They describe populations, not your individual child, and outcomes vary.

8. Availability

We provide this site “as is”. We do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nooristic is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from any decision made on the basis of general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Links to other sites

Where we link to another organisation, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and the courts of New York shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
