Nooristic (“we”, “us”) helps families track a child’s development and find the right support when it is needed. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language.

The short version. Today this website does one thing: it takes your name, email, your child’s age range and your country so we can contact you about early access. We do not sell your information, we do not run advertising trackers, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time by emailing samara@nooristic.com.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Nooristic is the controller of the information described here. For any privacy question, or to exercise any right in this policy, contact samara@nooristic.com.

2. What we collect

Our hosting provider also records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used for security and to keep the site working.

3. Information about children

We ask for a child’s age range only, and we ask the parent or caregiver — never the child. This website is not directed at children and children should not submit anything through it. We do not knowingly collect a child’s name, date of birth, photograph, or any health record through this waitlist form.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, email samara@nooristic.com and we will delete it promptly.

4. How we use it

To contact you about your early-access invitation and about Nooristic’s launch.
To decide the order in which we invite families.
To understand, in aggregate, which age groups and regions are most interested.

We will not use your email for unrelated marketing, and we will not add you to a general mailing list without asking you first.

5. Who else touches your information

We keep the number of third parties deliberately small:

We do not sell your personal information, and we never will. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

6. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until you ask us to delete them, or until it is clear the waitlist is no longer relevant — whichever comes first. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so within 30 days and confirm once it is done.

7. Your rights

Wherever you live, you may ask us to:

tell you what information we hold about you;
correct anything that is wrong;
delete your information entirely;
stop contacting you.

Email samara@nooristic.com and we will action it. You do not need to give a reason. Depending on where you live you may also have rights under the GDPR or under California law, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security

This site is served over HTTPS and our email is protected by our provider’s standard safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us medical records, diagnoses or other sensitive health information through the waitlist form.

9. This is not medical advice

Nooristic provides developmental screening, educational information and care-navigation support. It does not provide a medical diagnosis and does not replace a professional clinical evaluation. Always speak to a qualified clinician about your child’s health.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant and we hold your email address, we will tell you directly.
